FAQ's
For ease of reference questions are grouped into the following topics:
  • 1. What's included in my space?

    Booths equals or granter than 300 sq. ft. includes:
    Exhibition space, lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides, carpet, Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo, requesting in your Exhibitors Manual.), 1 double polarized electrical outlets of 110V per booth (the location may vary).

    Booths equals of 400 sq. ft. or larger includes:
    Exhibition space, 2 double polarized electrical outlets of 110V per booth (the location may vary).
    All other services such as electricity, telephone, additional furniture, cleaning, etc. must be contracted with these official contractors. Application forms for these service providers are included in the official EXHIBITOR’s Manual Online.

    Besides, you will receive:

    • Staff available to assist you, with any needs that could be presented during the Trade Show.
    • Heavy duty carpet just in aisle area.
    • Perimeter security services at all times during the event, set up and tear down.
    • Electronic invitation with your company's logo to invite their clients.
    • A defined amount of Exhibitor Badges for your staff, according to the size of your stand.
    • Include a description of your products and services in the Exhibitor Directory, which will enhance their participation as a valuable reference even after the exposure.
    • Special rates at hotels for your accommodation during the expo.

  • 2. How many badges I have right and how I can get them?

    Each exhibitor has right of 6 badges for the first 100 sq. ft. contracted, and 3 additional badges for each 100 sq. ft. additional contracted.

    And so on. Upon request should also include the sales staff and sales personnel, hostesses, demonstrators and interpreters, etc. and must do it filling out the Badges Form in your Exhibitor Manual

    IMPORTANT: They will only be given out to the person whose name is on the badge – no exceptions. NO changes can be made or replacement without cost.

  • 3. How and where can I pick up my badges?

    These will be delivered in the Exhibitors Front Desk it will be located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in the principal lobby of Expo Guadalajara. The delivery of the badges will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2018 from 10:00hrs.

    The schedule of the Exhibitors Front Desk will be:

    November 6th 2018 10:00 to 20:00 hrs.
    November 7th 2018 10:00 to 19:00 hrs.
    November 8th 2018 11:00 to 19:00 hrs.
    November 9th 2018 11:00 to 18:00 hrs.

     

  • 4. If I need additional badges, where and how can I request it?

    Additional badges will coste $ 150.00 MxN each, and should be requested directly in the Exhibitors Service Module located in the registration area outside the exhibition hall, specifically in thel Lobby de Expo Guadalajara.

  • 5. What are the set up and tear down dates & hours?

    Installation Hours:
    Exhibitors with booths equal or larger than 600 sq. ft. have the following schedule:

    Monday, November 6th 2018 18:00 - 22:00 hrs.
    Tuesday, November 6th 2018 08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
    Wednesday, November 7th 2018 08:00 - 11:00 hrs.

    Exhibitors with booths of 400 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. have the following schedu le:

    Tuesday, November 6th 2018 08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
    Wednesday, November 7th 2018 08:00 - 11:00 hrs.

    All boxes and packing materials must be removed without exception no later than November 7th at 11:00 hrs.,and the full installation of the booth at the same hour. The Organizing Committee will not allow any type of installation after this time, or during the hours of the Expo.

    Only exhibitors and authorized representatives will be allowed to enter to the exhibit area before beginning the exposure.

    Tear Down:

    Friday, November 9th 2018 18:00 - 22:00 hrs.
    Saturday, November 10th 2018 08:00 - 14:00 hrs.

     

    Note: Work of dismantling the booth and packing up of displays shall be prohibited before 18:00 hrs. of Thursday, March 30th, 2017.

  • 6. What are the show hours?

    Exhibition schedule:  
    Wednesday, November 7th 2018 12:00 - 19:00 hrs.
    Thursday, November 8th 2018 12:00 - 19:00 hrs.
    Friday, November 9th 2018 12:00 - 18:00 hrs.

     

    Note: Access to students will limited to Wednesday, November 9th 2018 from 16:00 to 18:00 hrs.
    No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the exhibit hall.

  • 7. How I can access the Online Exhibitors Manual?

    All exhibitors will receive an email once hired the booth, which will indicate the directions to access the Online Exhibitor Manual. Each format has assigned a deadline which must be respected.

  • 8. What happens in case of failure to fill out forms before the deadline?

    Each format has assigned a definite date which must be respected. If you have not filled out the forms on time, the system automatically locks the format and can only make your request directly contacting the provider of that service or during the days of mounting the event. The service in question would be subject to delivery times and availability of the provider and incur additional charges.

    In regard to:

    Exhibitor directory:
    It still has potential to appear in Addendum if confirmation, shipping information and payment of the booth is requested before __________ 2018.
    Booth specifications:
    This service is quoted at the time and must be paid to perform..
    Badge application:
    Should apply directly to exhibitors Care Module. This service has an additional cost of $ 150.00 pesos per badge requested
    Supplier’s format:
    You must apply directly to the supplier during the setup days of the trade show, and that service would be subject to delivery times and availability of

  • 9. Who should I contact to ship my equipment to Mexico?
